RideShare’s services are free to all. The only costs incurred would be among carpool and vanpool groups who are sharing the expense of gas, tolls, and/or a monthly van fare.

No. RideShare Delaware acts solely as a referral service for potential carpoolers and does not assume any liability.

Yes. RideShare will attempt to match you with program participants that have vehicles.

Commuters register every day with the program. If you don’t have a match at the time you register, chances are you’ll have one in the near future. Participants who want them are notified of all new matches as they become available.

No problem, just call our office and ask to be removed from the program.

Call our office and let us know so we do not continue to provide your name to others seeking partners (optional) and so we can forward your emergency ride home benefit information.

RideShare Delaware does not have vehicles for use by program participants, nor do we pick individuals up and transport them. Participants use their own vehicles for carpool purposes. Vans used for vanpooling are obtained through 3rd party vanpool providers.
